Truman State University has a variety of rooms and equipment available to meet your specific needs. Classrooms and lecture halls of varying capacities ranging from 15-220 people are available on campus. Truman also has many unique rooms including computer labs and high-tech SMART classrooms. Training or support staff may be required for the high-tech rooms.
The majority of classrooms have built-in overhead projection capabilities, DVD players, a laptop connection and document cameras. Webcams and microphones can be checked-out if the room you requested does not already have these capabilities.

Baldwin Auditorium: Baldwin Auditorium will be offline from May 2016 to August 2017 for the renovation of Baldwin Hall. Baldwin Auditorium can seat 1,400 people and is the perfect venue for performances, recitals or concerts. The proscenium-style theater has both a sound and lighting system. An orchestra pit, two dressing rooms and a video projector are also available upon request. Violette 1000: Violette 1000 is a lecture hall that seats 220 people. It has many technology options including overhead projection capabilities, sound amplification, a laptop connection, a document camera, two projection screens and classroom capture. This space is great for film screenings, group meetings, and educational lectures. The room does require some training or support before it can be rented (pictured above).
